Every one of us at Everyday ASL Productions, Ltd. has a zero tolerance against all forms of fraudulence from buyers and sellers in every aspect of any or all sales. Everyday ASL Productions, Ltd. works closely with US Post Office, UPS, Fedex and PayPal as well as other parties in an effort to prevent fraud throughout every transaction.
As an all team of Deaf staff and partners, we do all that we can to protect ourselves and remind every buyer, distributor and reseller the importance of honest transaction, every time.
Note: For our Deaf Culture 101 autographed books, no returns are accepted. All books are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Any returns of our DVDs would not be accepted opened or used. You are required to request for RMA prior to returning any materials otherwise all returns without RMA will not be accepted and we will not be held responsible of any materials shipped without RMAs.
Our zero tolerance policy against fraud is a powerful reminder for every buyer that every transaction is secure and accounted for throughout the process.

Returns are accepted ONLY for NEW UNOPENED DVDs. Apparel, books and non-DVD merchandises are nonreturnable. A refund will be issued upon receipt, minus company's unconditional mandatory 42% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling.
